Merchant Policies
All items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. I post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Delivery price starts from £8.75, up to the first 100g.
As each piece is handmade, please allow four to six weeks for delivery of customised orders. For non-customised orders, please allow up to fourteen days delivery.
I will endeavour to keep you up to date at each stage of the process via email.
For customised orders I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Full payment will be requested once the item is ready to be dispatched.
